The long term property rental market in Tarifa is a complicated one, as the majority of the property owners would prefer to rent exclusively for the mid and high season when they are able to generate the same amount of income in these four months as they would with a long term rental over a whole year.
However I have houses that are available to rent (off season) from October through to Easter or to April/May.
For longer term rentals of up to one year I can help you find a property, you will be most likely to find a property in the El Cuarton area or in town in Tarifa.

Tarifa Beach House Fees for long term rental are:
1/2 months rent for rentals of under 6 months (50% to be paid by the Property Owner and 50% to be paid by the long term renter)
1 months rent for rentals of over 6 months to 1 year (50% to be paid by the Property Owner and 50% to be paid by the long term renter).
Rent is paid on a monthly basis (in the first 5 days of the month), unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
The security deposit is usually two months rent (depending on the property).
Bills (electricity, telephone, internet, water etc) are usually separate from the rent price.
