End cleaning is included for stays of one week and longer.However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
I would recommend a car that is slightly higher off the ground, such as a Citroen Berlingo, Peugeot Partner something of this kind or even just the simple Fiat Panda. Family estate cars can sometimes be very low to the ground and I would definitely never rent a sports car they do not suit the Tarifa roads.
50% non-refundable deposit to be paid on confirming the booking. The remaining 50% should be paid in CASH upon arrival or by bank transfer 8 weeks prior to arrival
Security Deposit: 300€ in CASH refundable on departure if the house is left as it has been found (includes breakagesand cleaning).
