About the Property
Much loved and well cared for property less than 500 metres from the Valdevaqueros stretch of beach in La Peña. Stunning gardens with fabulous kitchen garden and fruit trees galore – a foodies delight!
The property itself is a spacious two bedroom home, with sitting room and kitchen and terraces for enjoying the sea views. Both bedrooms are en suite with super kingsize double beds, ideal rental for two couples of a family with older children.
One can walk from the house to the beach in five minutes, wonderful if you enjoy an early morning jog, and the town is an easy five minutes in the car. A very centrally located property, available for the first time to rent in 2016.
PLEASE NOTE that the owner lives in a cordoned over section of the garden away from the house in her caravan. She is available for any cleaning or cooking upon request, should you not need her you need not know she is even there.

End cleaning is included in the cost. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
I would recommend a car that is slightly higher off the ground, such as a Citroen Berlingo, Peugeot Partner something of this kind or even just the simple Fiat Panda. Family estate cars can sometimes be very low to the ground and I would definitely never rent a sports car they do not suit the Tarifa roads.
