About the Property
A charming property, oozing in character; in for me the nicest area of Tarifa, behind the San Mateo church. This area is rarely explored by tourists or the night revellers, because of its lack of bars or restaurants, which is of benefit, as it stays quiet at night time.
Decorated with a Mediterranean theme, with natural materials and warm colours. The rustic decor and roof top kitchen, with fabulous eating area, are so suited to the Tarifa summer and allow one to live out doors even whilst staying in town.
The house is distributed over two floors, the downstairs consists of the front door and entrance lobby, WC, bar area and eating area. The bar also has a door that can be opened on to the street to make one feel that one is enjoying the outdoors.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom and twin bedroom with shared bathroom and bath. The sitting room has a day bed for any overflow and beyond the sitting room is another double bedroom.
The roof terrace – most certainly the house’s selling point – there is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen – no mod cons I am afraid. But with a four hob gas stove and an oven you will still be able to enjoy a delicious dinner on the large shaded, wind-protected terrace at lunchtime or under a starry sky. There are two sun loungers for sun bathing.

End cleaning is included in the cost, except for stays of less than one week in which case there is a 50E cleaning fee. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
50% non-refundable deposit to be paid by bank transfer, the remaining 50% to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
There is a 300E security deposit in the event of any breakages or damage whilst staying at the property, this is refundable within seven days of departure.
