About the Property

This funky apartment in a townhouse in Facinas can be found down a quiet backstreet on the edge of the town. Its positioning allows for fabulous views from the sitting room and large rooftop terrace out to the rolling countryside below, of bull breeding farms, agricultural land and the towns of Benalup and Medina Sidonia in the distance.

The open plan living and eating area has been designed with comfort in mind; the warm brown leather sofa; the to-die-for seated hammock with large cushions and the wood-burning fireplace for cooler nights. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There is a lovely chunky wooden dining table from where best to enjoy fine food and the breathtaking views of La Janda.

The house sleeps four in two double bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the same floor as the main living area, with an en suite bathroom – large bath and power shower. Up some very exciting stairs is the second double bedroom with two single beds, basin and WC; this room enjoys magnificent views through the sliding doors to its rooftop terrace.

Guest Reviews

We spent one week in this house with my husband and my 2 young children (5 years and 2 years).
House really well furnished and equipped. Everything was perfect- Luz the housekeeper is really helpful.
WIFI is available – but we did not use it.
FACINAS is a really nice town with several shops where you can find all what you need.
We had a very strong wind during 2 days. In this case, it is difficult to use the terrace.
Car absolutely necessary if you want to go to the beach, Tarifa downtown and all the beautiful little white villages around (I recommend Vejer de la Frontera).
Only one advice for people travelling with young children = there is a lot a steps in the house. Your kids needs to used to and very careful.
I would definitely recommend this place.
