Casita Dalia is a modular contemporary build, built using sustainable materials and renewable energies for heating and hot water (solar and bio mass fuel) this is a home that celebrates its environment and works with – rather than against – the climate. The narrow corridors and the protective white shell that contain the property create a micro climate that combat the humidity even in winter, making this house an extremely comfortable choice whatever the weather.

Quite to the contrary, this one bedroom and one bathroom property, offers first rate installations with a fully equipped gymnasium, 20m salt water pool, outdoor bath tub, shower and a child friendly shaded wading pool.
Casa Dalia is divided into two buildings, the main house and the casita. Renters of the casita do not have access to the main house and whilst they can use the internet in the garden and terrace of the main house, there is currently no signal in the casita. The casita has its own kitchen, bathroom, shaded terraces and utility facilities, there is also an outdoor pizza oven and BBQ grill for al fresco dining in the garden of the main house. The third and fourth guest sleep on the sofa bed in the sitting room.
The view from the property is unspoilt, overlooking the Straits of Gibraltar with crystal clear views of Africa on the horizon. The views are a key feature, along with the spectacular location offering peace and tranquillity. The house is fully enclosed with an electric gate and has discreet access from the road, but is within a 10 minute drive of Tarifa town. Casa Dalia is 35 min drive from Gibraltar airport or just over 1 hour from Malaga airport.
The property is rented throughout the year for both private rentals, and for practitioners wishing to use it for private retreats.
Casa Dalia is an eco house with natural wool insulation in a national park, a place of nature, because of this it can be prone to having small silk moths in the house. The owners take all the feasible steps to insure that this is as controlled as possible, including fumigation but some moths are inevitable. They will & do supply protection storage for clothes on the off chance that there are moths during their stay, and the price of the house is reflective of the possibility that nature can be evident during their stay. They will supply moth spray to use if the guests are offended by them, but will not offer money off the property in retrospect of a stay there if there are moths evident. The property is in a natural setting & environment & those who are sensitive to this may not be suited to renting this house.

End cleaning is included in the cost. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
I would recommend a car that is slightly higher off the ground, such as a Citroen Berlingo, Peugeot Partner something of this kind or even just the simple Fiat Panda. Family estate cars can sometimes be very low to the ground and I would definitely never rent a sports car they do not suit the Tarifa roads. That said El Cuarton roads are fine for all kinds of cars.
