About the Property
A gorgeous apartment located at the top of the old town, bordering the castle walls, in a residential area, that offers accommodation for two adults and two children. There is also the possibility of renting with friends as there is another apartment next door for rent (please enquire for more information).
This apartment was fully renovated by the French / Spanish owners, who live next door, in 2016, and is available for the first time for rent. Wonderfully stylish and contemporary, all the original arches and doors have been preserved and mixed in with clean, modern lines.
To get to the house one needs to go through the traditional Andalucian patio, complete with years of lush vegetation.. The front door leads into the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, the first floor is the well-equipped kitchen and sitting room, and on the second floor is a second “snug” sitting room (that converts in to a sofa bed for children only).
The roof terrace is on the second floor and enjoys magnificent views out over the town and castle walls and beyond to Africa, an ideal spot to wind down after a day on the water…

End cleaning is included in the cost. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
I would recommend a car that is slightly higher off the ground, such as a Citroen Berlingo, Peugeot Partner something of this kind or even just the simple Fiat Panda. Family estate cars can sometimes be very low to the ground and I would definitely never rent a sports car they do not suit the Tarifa roads.
50% non-refundable deposit to be paid by bank transfer, the remaining 50% to be paid in cash on arrival
