About the Property
This spacious 150m2 flat can be found in the new town in Tarifa just a few meters from Los Lances Beach. Aside from its spectacular position and proximity to the beach this property, in a quiet residential area, also enjoys the attractions of the old town at a short eight minute walk away.
There are three double bedrooms; one large king size double, one smaller double and one twin bedroom, plus an additional room with a futon. The kitchen is modern, clean and functional. The sitting room is comfortable with two deep sofas. It has all the gadgets, a large 37 inch plasma TV, DVD, Hi-Fi Music System, and WIFI broad band connection.
Its indoor chill out zone with beautiful wooden floors is the perfect spot to wind down after a day on the beach, just lounging or practicing some yoga. From here there is access to the terrace; the flat’s showpiece, a 30m2 space with majestic views out to the Atlantic Ocean and Africa, fully equipped with sun loungers.

End cleaning is not included in your stay, all bookings incur a 30E cleaning charge on departure. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
50% non-refundable deposit to be paid when confirming the booking. The remaining 50% should be paid by bank transfer 8 weeks prior to arrival or by CASH on arrival
Security deposit: 500€ fully refundable once the house has been assessed on departure.

I have used over 30 appartments over the years from a variety of agencies and this one is definately the best so far. Everything was exactly as advertised with outstanding levels of equipment and facilities. The location is quiet but convenient for most things. There was no one feature I liked more than any other except that as a keen cook I found having a real kitchen a welcome bonus. The owner was helpful and most welcoming and I will certainly consider using this one again in the future.

This is a beautiful apartment – it’s really well equiped, spacious, spotlessly clean and really comfortable. It has a lovely seaview and a great balcony to watch the sun set from. It’s just one minute walk to the beach and to a few nice bars and restaurants and 10-15 mins walk into tarifa along the beach, which is stunning. Would highly recommend staying here – exceeds all expectations of a holiday rental.
