About the Property

Fabulous, traditional Andalucian property located in the heart of Tarifa old town. Decorated in a Moorish Al-Andalus style and arranged around a central patio with an open roof.

It is possible to rent the house in its entirety, or by the room, sleeping up to 12 guests. The house has three floors, with the two studio apartments on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the the second floor and the roof terraces. All bedrooms have their own private en suite bathrooms and on the first floor there is a 17m2 open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room.

The house’s kitchen is well-equipped with an electric range & gas hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher & microwave. There is a breakfast bar & large dining table for eating, as well as additional eating on the roof terrace.

The roof terrace is a dreamy spot to start your day, for some yoga or early morning contemplation, sun downers; whatever takes your fancy, with sun loungers, bean bags, bbq and al fresco dining area. From the second and third floor terraces one enjoys exciting views over the town and the houses, the labyrinth that is the old town, the port, Africa and the Ocean.

The location of the property means that it can be noisy, so if you are looking for quiet this may not be the house for you (bedrooms are all at the back of the house, only studio one leads on to the street). However if you are wanting to enjoy eating out at the fabulous restaurants and tapas bars, tasting the spectacular Taco Way’s cocktails, early morning surfs at Balneario beach this is most definitely your spot!

End Cleaning
End cleaning is included in the cost.  However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.

Car Rental
I would recommend a car that is slightly higher off the ground, such as a Citroen Berlingo, Peugeot Partner something of this kind or even just the simple Fiat Panda. Family estate cars can sometimes be very low to the ground and I would definitely never rent a sports car they do not suit the Tarifa roads.

Booking Conditions
50% non-refundable deposit to be paid by bank transfer, the remaining 50% to be paid in cash on arrival.

Security deposit
There is a 500E security deposit in the event of any breakages or damage whilst staying at the property, this is refundable within seven days of departure.

Check-in: from 15.00 to 20.00*
Check-out: by 11:00 am
*Arrivals after 20:00 must be advised in advance and agreed by Email with Tarifa Beach Houses.
