About the Property

This stunning apartment for 6 people can be found at the entrance to the old town, 50 metres from the archway “Puerta de Jerez”. The house has been decorated in a contemporary fashion using natural colours and materials, to stunning effect.

Ideal for a group of friends or a family with older children. The kitchen is very basic with a simple hob and small fridge, but there are plenty of economical tapas bars within a 20 metre walk from the apartment.

The living space in the apartment is unbeatable with a spacious sitting room and an unbeatable roof terrace. One would never know staying here that you were so close to all the action. A peaceful and charming place to stay.

There is a second bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor which sleeps up to four people in two single beds and one double and is accessed independently. 

Access to the first floor is by an outdoor staircase from the central courtyard, which is shared with the house opposite, also owned by the same owner and available for rent to sleep up to 12 people – Casa Karmen.

End Cleaning
End cleaning is not included, it is 80€ for all bookings.  However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.

Booking Conditions
50% non-refundable deposit to be paid by bank transfer, the remaining 50% to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival both by bank transfer

Security deposit
There is a 300€ security deposit in the event of any breakages or damage whilst staying at the property, this is refundable on departure if the house is returned in good condition with no damages or breakages.

Cancellation terms and conditions
50% deposit payment is refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 8 weeks prior to arrival, less administration fees of 20€.
If the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to arrival and we are able to find other clients we will refund the booking deposit less 20€ for administration fees.

Check-in: from 16.00 to 20.00* on arrival date
Check-out: by 11:00 am on departure date
*Arrivals after 20:00 must be advised in advance and agreed by Email with Tarifa Beach Houses.
