About the Property
Delightful first floor apartment in the heart of the old town. It’s position within a XVIII century courtyard in a building that backs on to the fortress walls of the old town make the revelry in town feel a long way away!
The property consists of an open-plan kitchen, sitting and dining room; with a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge / freezer, the sitting room has a TV, DVD and stereo system. The sofa converts into a sofa bed for a couple travelling with one or two children (toys are available on request).
The apartment enjoys fabulous views out to the straits of Gibraltar and Africa, and over Tarifa old town. The roof terrace has two sun loungers and the garden has a hammock for client’s use.
The style is tasteful and contemporary, the owners live next door and rent out La Penita too (for any larger groups or families), they are there for any questions and recommendations and are always delighted to help.

300€ security deposit on arrival, which is returned on departure all being well with the house.

End cleaning is included in the cost. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
50% non-refundable deposit to be paid by bank transfer, the remaining 50% to be paid by bank transfer one month prior to arrival.
We recommend clients get travel insurance for their visit.

One can drive straight to the house, but there is very limited parking within the old town and roads are narrow so not recommended for nervous drivers.

“We stayed at this apartment one week with my girlfriend and we couldn’t hope for a better place. It was very well located in the old town. The house was very clean, functional and the view from the terrace very nice (perfect for an apero or breakfast if no wind). The garden is also very practical, especially if you are kitesurfing or windsurfing and you need to dry things. It’s also a perfect place to relax. Last but not least, the owners of the place, Esperanza and Philippe, are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. They take time to give you tips to see nice things around and eat well”.
